Amêndoas do Brasil was founded in 1992 and is today one of the world's most respected cashew nuts suppliers. We are located in Fortaleza, Ceará, in Northeastern Brazil. Our continued focus on quality has led us to great achievements, such as being the first in the cashew nut industry to get FSSC 22000 certified - considered to be the highest food safety seal in the market.

Roasting
Our roasting unit operates based on strict quality standards and it's equipped with ovens that roast nuts with and without oil, to offer the product in multiple specifications.
Nuts Granulation
Some applications require the product with different grain sizes and we are well equipped to meet several specifications as requested by your R&D team.
Fillings and Butters
Our processing lines include grinding and homogenization. Therefore, we can make nut based fillings and pastes with different densities and specifications.
Co-Packing
We have a co-packing unit, which enables us to provide co-packing and private-labeling services.
Commitment to continuous improvement of the Management System of food safety
We adopt several measures to guarantee the safety of our products, among which, combined with good manufacturing practices, we have the UV system - which allows the elimination of microorganisms - and the X-Ray and metal detector equipment - which eliminate physical contaminants.
